These terms apply when you use Luxora Cars for pre-booked private hire transport. By requesting a quote or making a booking, you agree to them.

Service

We provide pre-booked journeys only. Details, vehicle class, and price are agreed in advance. Any change to route, time, or passenger count may affect availability and cost.

Cancellations

Cancellation and amendment terms (including any fees) are confirmed at booking. Reasonable notice helps us offer the slot to other clients.

Liability

We aim to run every journey punctually and safely. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and does not cover indirect loss. Passengers should insure valuable items separately where needed.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
