To respond to enquiries, confirm bookings, coordinate drivers, and communicate about your journey. We do not sell your personal data. We only share it where necessary to fulfil your booking (for example with drivers engaged for your trip) or where required by law.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for operational and legal purposes (such as tax records), then delete or anonymise it in line with good practice.
